Meatloaf recipe!







Mix the meat with salt, pepper, 1 egg, 1 small chopped onion  
2 teaspoons of 5Chinese spice powder (contains aniseed, fennel, peppercorn, cinamon bark & ginger)
1 small can of tomato puree and 3 tablespoons of gehaktkruiden 
(sorry this is very Dutch, but it contains pepper, ginger, chili, cardamom, coriander, mace and nutmeg)
Put in as much of the bread-crumbs as you like. 
(I like a dry meatloaf, so I put in a lot :-)
Then it is oven time, for about 50 minutes at 150 degrees.
The meatloaf is enough for 8 portions/slices.

Some rice, vegetables and sambal

  2. I am a vegetarian, Anna, but I suppose I could change the meat for mushrooms or something else.
