A mash of Bruxelles sprouts with a chipolata sausage.
* Make a fresh potato mash:
potato's, milk, nutmeg and black pepper
* Boil the washed fresh Bruxelles sprouts for about 20 minutes
*In the mean time fry small pieces of bacon in its own fat dark brown.
* Then throw away the grease and fry/bake chestnut mushrooms in the pan.
* Mix everything with your potato mash and serve with the sausage.
(Off course you can add salt with the potato mash
or fry the mushrooms in the bacon grease. It is my choice not to do so :-)
Bon appetit!
