It depends... Oatmeal with oatmilk and stevia or a sprinkle of dark chocolate flakes; Biogarde yoghurt with crunchy speltflakes and dried fruit and hennep seed; A croissant with loads of butter and organic apricot jam; All with cafe au lait, which is my wake up call ;)
