Mom and me in Libelle Magazine

Me and my mom featured in Libelle Magazine nr 1 of 2013

We are modeling as real people models with a golden theme :-)

It was so much fun to shoot this with my mom. Off course I did our make-up, all by Sisley.

Essie nails!

There are 2 days a week that I do not wear nail polish.

I love love love beautiful hands and a fiery red or a fruity coral on my nails makes me smile.

ESSIE has some fabulous colors but also a very good base-coat (all in one base)  and a anti chip polish (no chips ahead).

After 5 days my nails still beautiful.....great new discovery I wanted to share with you.

Wanted to show you in this post how you can change your look with one item. In this case a BZR woolen sweater.

Funny wright that you can change a whole look and feel in one second.

With sweater it is way more relaxed and casual and without a bit more dressed and chic.

And I love the fact that you can mix and match with silk, wool and a studded fabric.

Model in 4 days ehhh ways?

For four days in the studio, on set, shooting with my favorite crew. 

Me & Maartje we're so inspired by the models. We practiced every day, to show you our little outfits here on Anna's Choice :-)

Brush tools!

Good make-up looks even better when placed with good tools.

I use brushes by MAC, Yves Rocher, Sisley and Make-up Studio. 

But bacteria loves to duplicate in moist brushes.....think pimples...bleghhhh!

So clean your brushes every week (or every day like I do) with a special brush cleanser,shampoo,  handsoap or dishwasher soap.

Rinse thoroughly and lay flat on a towel to dry (at night so you have clean brushes in the morning)

Holiday glow!

Ok these are sunny pictures, but I think that this look and feel would also be great for the Holidays

With a LBD and some tomato red nail-polish on the nails.

The glow on her skin is a shinny baked powder by mac. Lot of cosmetic brands got this product.....just go and find your favorite.

How to:

Place the powder on the high cheekbones, the bridge of your nose, corner of your eyes and the sexy spot above your lip, the cupid loop. 

It will pronounce your upper lip and will give you an even more sexy lip!

Happy Birthday to me!

This past 8 December I turned 39....aghum...one more year and then the big 40.

But I feel 25 :-)

I got some lovely presents, dvd Coco Chanel, Chanel nr19 ( so very me and so my new favorite) glittery roses, African Cookbook, 

feather printed scarf and my mom made me a beautiful blanket.

I love getting spoiled :-)

Big girl on the prairie!

It is I standing in a field of lovely yellow flowers in South Africa,
