Couscous with Salmon
The most favorite dish of my two men.
Its is a very easy recipe, low calories, fresh, light
and very important for a multitasking mom very quick to prepare.
Cook the couscous like the package says.
Boil the peas and beans (not to much water and boil not to long, you will loose all vitamins)
Cut the cherrie tomatoes in quarters and put all ingredients in one big bowl.
Mix with 2 or 3 table spoons of sesame-oil, pepper and salt.
Frie the salmon with pepper and salt in olive-oil and serve on top.
This dish suposed to be lukewarm.
