I found this pretty Londen girl in the streets of Amsterdam. 

My eye caught her fabulous blazer.

The print is woven and not printed.

The brand is Devastee from France,  www.devastee.free.fr

It is a great collection, 

very fashionable but wearable in 

black and white combinations.

Another excuse to go to Paris !

Blue Dahlia by Esteé Lauder

Being a make-up artist, I have to show you the new look by Esteé Lauder.

The fabulous Tom Pecheux is the Creative Makeup Director and 

he created this new line Pure Color, that reminds you of a mysterious night.

So be inspired, be mysterious, be a bit more daring 

than your average day "only" mascara look.

Even a dark blue eyeliner can be the start of something new.

 Make-up should be fun!

FAKE fur!

The model wears a IKKS fake fur sleeveless vest.

 It is sexy, rock & roll and comfortable warm.

Wear it with a pencil skirt, black leather pants or just some grey colored jeans.

Randy Rocks !

I bumped into this gentleman in Amsterdam. 

He really rocks his outfit! 

His hat is by Hugo,

I like the fact that he made this outfit his own, with accessories like the colorful necklace with chunky beads, the large glasses and hat.

Would like to see more men dressed like this.

Hunter boots

This is me wearing my new Hunter original Welly boots,

Anyway the Hunter boots also known as the festival boots are a life saver. 

Jimmy Choo did a collaboration with Hunter Wellington and designed some sexy plastic boots 

(yes it is possible :-)

Fall is almost here but now you can be on time for rain, 

falling leaves, puddles, mud and snow with your Hunters.

Lights by Ellis Faas

Dutch make-up artist Ellis Faas has her own make-up brand. Colors are inspired by the colors in the human body. Red lipstick is bloody red. Go to the website, for more fantastic products, looks and little how to movies, were Ellis stars in herself. A masterclass !!!!

Ellis created Lights that are much much more than just highlighters. Cake Salé !

Do you have girlfriends that have and do everything?

I have a girlfriend Josje  and she is "superwoman"  Man, 2 children, good job, 

great house, pretty, always the right "je ne sait quoi" outfit and a wonderful cook.

She is my inspiration!

Because we all want to be superwoman I have this recipe for you from Josje.

A cake salé. 

For 6 to 8 people: Preparation 30 to 40 minutes
 3 small zucchini (about 150 g each)
 100 gr brebis cheese (I = brebis sheep cheese with parmesan because it did little more flavor)
 30 g golden raisins
 Mint
250 gr flour
 4 eggs
 150 salted butter
1 packet yeast
 Salt and pepper to taste

1.  Wash the courgettes and grate them then. Wash and chop the mint. Cut the cheese into small cube.
2.  Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Melt the butter. Mix the flour, salt, pepper and yeast.  Beat the eggs in a bowl and add then stirring in the flour mixture. Then add the melted butter and mix it into a mass. Finally add the zucchini, cheese, raisins and mint.
3.  Grease the cake tin and provide it with a light layer of flour (unless you have a silicone form).  Fill the mold with the batter and put it in the oven.
4.  Bake the cake about 10 minutes at 210 degrees. And bake the cake then off at 180 degrees until it golden brown.  Let the cake cool for this to get the shape, cut and eat.

Happy feet

The end of the summer is here, but we can't say goodbye to our Havaianas jet and

these lovely feet are from my colleague Elles Nijkamp http://www.makeupland.nl/

 She has some great nailpolish from KOH, this is color jewel 221.

The combination of the green and the bleu reminds my of snorkling in the sea.

Happy feet make me wanna go to Ibiza!

COS Design !

So I finaly went to the COS store in Holland The Hague.

I scored two great items.

 A highwaist dark bleu finerib pants and some bloodred shoes.

The new F/W 2010 looks amazing, clean cut, wool, cotton, high heels,

 red and mustard color.

Designer for a highstreet price and good quality.

This almost sounds like a commercial hahahahahah, but i am just very excited!

Red Lips !!!

Red lipstick is never out of fashion!  

It's a classic and also this season you can paint those lips red!

My personal and proffesional opinion is that red lipstick is for every woman.

It is an instant boost of safistication, sexyness and power.

So when you wake up and need a litle pick me up, RED LIPSTICK!

You just have to choose the wright color red.

Go to a good store, were you can test the color on the lips and not the hand.

There is one but !

You need a clean complexion. So use some foundation, to get rid of redness in youre skin and keep youre eyemake-up minimal.

We don't like trashy.
